3. Free Plan and Paid Subscriptions

3.1 Free Plan

AISaver offers a free plan that allows limited access to certain features using free credits. Free credits:

• - Are subject to daily limits and balance caps
• - Cannot be used for high-cost features, HD/4K exports, or full video exports
• - May be modified or discontinued at any time

The Free Plan is provided for evaluation and non-commercial use only.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans provide:

• - Monthly credits
• - Access to all advanced and high-cost features
• - HD/4K exports and watermark-free downloads
• - Commercial usage rights

All paid plans include the same features; differences are based solely on credit allocation and usage scale.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

3.3 Credit Usage

Credits:

• - Are required to use most features
• - Are deducted based on feature-specific consumption rules
• - May expire at the end of each subscription billing cycle (subscription credits)
• - Purchased credit packs do not expire

AISaver reserves the right to adjust credit costs and feature requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AISaver to:

• - Violate any applicable law or regulation
• - Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• - Generate illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive content
• - Impersonate others or create deceptive media
• - Attempt to bypass usage limits, free credit restrictions, or subscription systems

AISaver reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Services, you grant AISaver a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely to provide the Services.

AISaver does not claim ownership over user-generated content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for content you upload or generate.

6. Commercial Use

Commercial use of generated content is:

• - Not permitted under the Free Plan
• - Permitted under any Paid Subscription

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws related to commercial usage.

7. Storage and Data Retention

• - Free accounts have limited storage duration
• - Paid accounts receive extended or permanent storage

AISaver may delete inactive or expired data in accordance with its data retention policies.

8. Termination

AISaver may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:

• - Violate these Terms
• - Abuse free credits or system resources
• - Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains until the end of the billing period.

9. Disclaimers

AISaver is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of outputs, or suitability for any specific purpose.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
